2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents SCORPIO MUSIC, its artists, and its activities as a record label and publishing company, and provides links to its social media channels, YouTube content, and a channel for submitting music demos for consideration.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials) is the property of SCORPIO MUSIC or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. 4. Demo submissions

Where the Site invites users to submit music demos or creative material, submission does not create any contractual relationship, obligation to respond, or obligation to review within any particular timeframe. SCORPIO MUSIC does not claim ownership of submitted material by virtue of its submission, and users remain responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to submit the material they send.

5. Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to third-party platforms (including YouTube, Instagram, and demo submission services). SCORPIO MUSIC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party platforms, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
